Search Big Daddy Update

Wow, pretty close to a year since I posted on this blog. Shame on me. When I started this blog about Search Big Daddy, I was extremely excited about the direction it was headed. At this point in time, I am not sure which direction it is headed but I still have high hopes.

I spent a few hours today reading through some of my blog posts and was astounded by what a noob I was at blogging. LOL Oh well, hopefully, I have improved. I definitely have improved on my html skills.

I plan on spending the rest of the week cleaning up this blog and adding a new post once a week at least. I am still a member of SBD, I still use my advantage points to buy more keywords.

Free Software For Search Big Daddy Members

Search Big Daddy recently added free software for it's members. It's called Magnibar. Magnibar is a pretty cool desktop tool. Here is a listing of the neat features found on Magnibar. What Is Magnibar?

Magnibar is not a browser toolbar. Magnibar is a handy desktop toolbar that can help to simplify your life. It was developed by former NASA master programmer Joe Clayton. Joe out did himself with this superb product. Magnibar is actually 8 separate software utilities rolled into 1 easy to use interface. I was fortunate to have Joe offer me distribution rights. I decided to pass this good fortune on for no cost to my loyal visitors. I've been using Magnibar on my own PC for about six weeks--it is a time saver.

Magnibar is vertical toolbar located on the right side of your screen.

Web Alert

Webalert will check your website once an hour to see if it is up, down, or changed. I think this is neat especially if you really want to know the quality and performance of your hosting company.

IP Me

When connected to the Internet, MagniBar will tell you what public IP address your ISP assigned you and your email. Plus a whole lot more information you may find beneficial to know about any IP.

QuickNotes

Pretty neat copy and paste tool. I find it especially useful when I am submitting my blogs into the directories. I do have a blog submitter tool which is great but sometimes I need to make some adjustments to my description.

You can also use quicknotes to store your the passwords,favorite links in a more organized way.

CalDo - Calendar VISUAL ToDo List Organizer

Hahahaha, I love this one because I have such an issue with remembering things. I do feel pretty organized most of the time but surfing the internet means lots of distractions for me. I am sure you know what I mean.

The 'Great Googlier' Web Searcher

Totally awesome way to search Google. You have to see it to believe it.

This makes my life so much easier.I really am just getting a screen shot of ONLY what I want on the page instead of the entire page. Sometimes I want a screen shot and the only way I know how to do it seems to be more trouble than it's worth.
